"I made an appointment for a time that worked for me. I received a call several days in advance of the appointed time to change the date and time to that day. I told them that I made the appointment for a specific date and time on purpose. Then I received text the night before my appoint that they would be there earlier in the day of my appointment. If the customer makes an appointment for a specific date and time there is a reason and it should be then that the installer comes. On a more positive note, the installer was curious, polite and did a good job within 45 minutes. Thank you!"
